About Southwest Classic Realty & Management

Classic Realty, Inc. was opened in the very early years of the 1960s in Chicago, Illinois. Classic Realty, Inc. was the Designated Managing and Listing office of all of the HUD and VA Properties in Chicago and the Southwest Suburbs. Donna's Father being the Broker and President/Owner of the Company, He had served on the Board of Realtors for many years. He was the Designated Property Manager for over 450 HUD Properties and well over 400 VA Properties, plus not to forget the Apartments we managed as well. He was the HUD/VA Appraiser for the Chicago Area and Southwest Suburbs. The Properties would have to be appraised by him in order to go on the market and up for Bid.


Donna grew up in a family of Real Estate Professionals since she was born, Have witnessed many Real Estate happenings from Appraisals and Scenarios to Transactions. Donna had spent long days and weekends helping him with the Daily Real Estate Happenings from out in the field to Office Routines. Upon Graduating, Donna had worked at Classic Realty, Inc. for quite a few years Managing the books, Accounting, Collecting Rents, Issued out work orders for Properties and Board-Ups, following up on Inspections at Completion, Assisted in typing up the Contracts and handled the monthly reports of all of the Properties we Managed for Owners, HUD and VA.


Donna is very Appreciative and Proud to have been so fortunate to have a wonderful Father walking her thru and teaching over the years everything she knows today about Real Estate and Property Management. Donna is Honored to have had an opportunity to carry the Company Name, His time and effort that was taught to Donna over the years that will last a Lifetime.
